All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements published on the relevant promotion page. ek77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Bonus abuse will result in account suspension.
Any use of automated software, bots, exploits, collusion, or fraudulent payment methods is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds without prior notice.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

ek77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, or address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in any such request will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights pending resolution.
Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, household, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 10.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a current email address. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.
ek77 may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an Account without providing a reason. Account registration does not confer any contractual entitlement to access specific games or promotions that may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person.
ek77 will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request purporting to come from ek77 asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
You must notify ek77 support immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. ek77 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to notify ek77 promptly or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.
ek77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA can be activated from within the account settings panel at any time without contacting support.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by ek77, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
ek77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer from participating Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
Deposits are credited to the Account Balance in BDT. All funds on the Platform are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka. ek77 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Players must only use payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to another person will be reversed and the deposited funds returned to the originating account. Any Account found to be consistently receiving third-party deposits may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit where operationally possible.
All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4. ek77 will not process any withdrawal from an Account where KYC has not been satisfactorily completed.

ek77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests at its sole discretion. During any such review, the requested funds will be held in a pending state and the Player will be notified of the expected resolution timeframe.
Withdrawals of Bonus Funds or winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement having been fully satisfied prior to the withdrawal request being approved.
ek77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All promotions are governed by the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for the purpose of that promotion only.
General bonus conditions that apply to all ek77 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:
Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing wagers.
In the event of any discrepancy between a game result displayed on the Player's device and the result recorded on ek77 servers, the server-side record shall prevail. ek77's technical logs constitute the definitive record of all gameplay outcomes, bet placements, and settlement calculations.
In the event of a system error, technical malfunction, or communications disruption that affects game outcome integrity, ek77 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return the staked amounts to the relevant Accounts. ek77 is not liable for any winnings that would have been generated but for a technical malfunction.
Sports betting markets and live betting are subject to the settlement rules published on the relevant sports section of the Platform. Settlement is based on official competition results as reported by the governing body of the relevant sport. ek77 reserves the right to void any bet where the outcome is subject to an official dispute, protest, or revision by the governing body within 72 hours of the original settlement.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds without prior notice or recourse:
ek77 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities. Where evidence of criminal conduct is identified, ek77 will report the matter to the appropriate authorities and may freeze Account funds pending the outcome of any investigation.

ek77 enforces a strict 18+ age restriction at all registration checkpoints. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the depositing payment method.
ek77 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, regulatory requirements, or the Player's own request.
Where an Account is closed by ek77 for reasons other than Prohibited Conduct or fraud, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via the last verified payment method on file, net of any applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider.
Where an Account is closed due to confirmed Prohibited Conduct or fraud, ek77 reserves the right to retain all funds in the Account pending investigation. In cases where fraudulent deposits are identified, funds may be returned to the originating payment source rather than to the Account holder.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, outstanding Bonus Funds are forfeited. Real-money Balance will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal process described in Section 7.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ek77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.
ek77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim or series of related claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ek77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the Platform at their own risk.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of ek77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without ek77's prior written consent.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
